I’ve been a soccer enthusiast since I was a kid and played throughout my youth. During high school, when not on the field, I spent significant time at a local soccer facility teaching 4-7 year-olds how to not only play soccer, but how to have fun doing it!
I also spent 10 years refereeing outdoor and indoor soccer.Â
Fast forward some years, and I now have kids of my own and I have been coaching them since before they could walk. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my kids enjoy the sport that I love so much.
Over the years I have learned much through training and trial/error, and I want every coach to be able to find as much joy as I do in coaching our youth. Â
IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY

I have my share of ups and downs. I have struggled with players and parents, had a few bad seasons, and have pushed through the pain of losing players to other sports. Through all of that, I have developed tools and methods to simplify and streamline the process of coaching the teams. That is what I want to share with you.
